The first step for any of our projects will be meeting face to face to go over your project and to discuss what it will take to make your dream become a reality. In the initial meeting we do not have to have a complete and detailed plan. We enjoy working with our customers offering ideas or design adjustments to make the project make most sense. Once we have the main objectives figured out we can move on to the next step.

Design and estimate

Once the the main objectives are discovered we can move on to designing and estimating phase of the project. We work with several structural engineers and architects in the area to make your project come to life on the page. When the design is agreed upon we can move on to estimating the project.

Our estimate are always broken down in line items to make them easy to understand so that you know where your money is going. This makes it easy to see if reallocation of funds is needed from one area of the house to another.

Building process

Once the design and the estimate are agreed upon we can move directly to the build. We strive to make the building process as easy on the customer as possible. Floor protection and dust containment are a must in most renovations. We can provide detailed build and pay structures so you can see how long the project will take and when exactly funds need to be available. Each of our subcontractors has been vetted and has been part of the team for years. The project doesn’t feel well done unless the customer is happy with the final product and this is our ultimate goal.
