BUILDERS: Custom Buildings and Interiors (cb&i) is a custom framing and construction company based in the upstate of South Carolina, serving Greenville and surrounding cities as well as Western North Carolina.  From wood framing and cement/cedar siding to exterior wood concepts and home renovations, cb&i is your one-stop shop for quality construction work. Our main goal is to team up with quality local builders to allow them to meet and exceed their customers goals.

cb&i is primarily a single-crew operation, founded and managed by Jerid Jones. Every skilled employee is experienced in conventional framing, post and beam, remodel and renovation.

Safety is always our first priority on the job, and at cb&i we work daily to demonstrate honesty, reliability, and dedication in our work. HOMEOWNERS: For homeowners, Custom Buildings and Interiors (cb&i) provides much of the same services as with builders. Typically, the biggest difference between our services to homeowners and builders is the size of the work crew. The size of your project determines how many of our craftsmen will be working.

From small repairs to large renovations, CB&I allows homeowners the choice in our involvement in their project. With CB&I's residential builders license we can handle large residential projects like major renovations or framing. But, we also provide homeowners with a valuable asset for projects like home maintenance/renovation or home repairs. Many of our homeowners have chosen to contract the project themselves and called on us to provide our carpentry services. One of our finest customers chose to contract a renovation on his own but called us in for the demolition and framing. We captured some of the action on video for the benefit of other homeowners!!
